Rk Vadlani

Rk Vadlani is the Chief Operating Officer at Idea Entity. Rk has over 20 years of experience in a variety of administrative roles.

Vadlani started their career as an administrative assistant at Rolls-Royce Industrial Power (India) Ltd in 1995. Rk then moved to D. E. Shaw India Software Private Limited in 1998, where they were an administrative assistant for a year. In 1999, they became office administrator at Cysphere.com Pvt. Ltd, where they worked for two years.

In 2002, Vadlani joined Ericsson India Private Limited as a project coordinator. Rk worked at Ericsson for 10 months before moving to idea entity corporation, where they have been working ever since.

Rk Vadlani has a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Administration from Acharya Nagarjuna University and an Executive Education Program from the University of Washington.

They work with Alex Kakar - Head of Business Development, Satish Kumar Dugasani - Technology Manager, and Prasad Perini - Director of Software Development. Their manager is Venu Yerra, Founder & CEO.
