Lauren Cleary

Lauren Cleary has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2004 as a Teacher for the Medford School District. In 2007, they moved to Central Bucks School District, where they also worked as a Teacher. In 2015, they took a role as Human Resources at JCI Services Inc. Finally, in 2016, they joined Idea Evolver, where they have held the roles of Chief Client Officer, Vice President of Account & Product Management, Account Director, Senior Project Manager, and Account Manager.

Lauren Cleary holds a Master's Degree in Administrative Leadership from PennWest California, and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Elementary & Early Childhood Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Lauren also holds two certifications from the Scrum Alliance, including an Advanced Certified Product Owner obtained in February 2018, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner obtained in October 2017.
