Matt Allen

Matt drives innovation and project excellence across McKinstry major construction operations with a focus on exceeding client expectations and designed outcomes. Constantly curious, Matt guides continuous exposure to emerging tools and technologies across McKinstry to better our industry and prepare our workforce for the future. He plays a vital role in exploring and implementing technology aimed at improving service, gaining efficiencies and driving waste out of the built environment.

Matt pushes McKinstry engagement in industry associations and takes an active role in NAIOP and MCA of Western Washington. He is passionate about philanthropic efforts focused on youth, homelessness, equity and local community development. He actively supports the Boys and Girls Club of King County, Operation Sack Lunch and NW Children’s Foundation, among others.
