Tamara Cavor

Tamara Cavor has over twelve years of professional experience in the finance and asset management industries. Tamara began their career in 2006 as a Public Relations Assistant at MTM Partners. In 2007, they joined Bayview Financial as a Residential Asset Manager and was later promoted to Senior Residential Asset Manager and Commercial Asset Manager. From 2012 to 2019, Tamara worked at the Securities and Exchange Commission of Montenegro as an Advisor at the Division of Pension and Investment Funds. During their time there, they were responsible for implementing the mandatory transformation of mutual funds, controlling asset distribution and allocation, monitoring gradual investment adjustments, and preparing report analysis. In 2019, Tamara joined Idea Financial as a Senior FP&A Analyst, Finance Manager, and Director of Finance.

Tamara Cavor obtained a Bachelor of Science in International Economics from the Barry Kaye College of Business at Florida Atlantic University from 2002 to 2006. In 2011 and 2012, they obtained a Master of Science in Banking from the University of Montenegro. In 2017, they obtained a Risk Management Academy for Asset Management Companies certification from Op2M in Zagreb, Croatia. In 2015, they obtained a certification in From an Excellent Idea to a Successful Project - Identifying needs and formulating ideas for IPA and other funds from the Human Resources Management Authority. In 2012, they obtained a Licenced broker/dealer/investment manager certification. In 1997, they obtained an English Language Program certification from the Cambridge Study Club in Cambridge, United Kingdom.
