Pruvost Karine

Pruvost Karine currently serves as the Responsable Ressources Humaines at Groupe IDEA since June 2018, focusing on the development and management of human resources while coordinating teams and supporting managers and employees on HR matters. Prior to this role, Pruvost held the position of Responsable RH at WESTAFLEX-BATIMENT from August 2013 to May 2018, overseeing comprehensive HR activities across three sites. Experience also includes serving as Responsable RH at Sisley Paris from November 2006 to November 2012, where Pruvost managed a team and ensured adherence to HR policies while advising managers. Previous HR responsibilities were held at Atos from January 2001 to November 2006. Pruvost completed a BTS in Assistant Management at Institut Saint Vincent de Paul and is currently pursuing a Diplôme d'Etudes Supérieures Appliquées in Human Resource Management at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
