Jay Winkler

Jay Winkler started their career in 1999 as Principal and Creative Director at Evolution Design & Advertising, LLC, a position they held until 2003. In October 2003, they became the Chief Creative Officer at Idea Lab Digital, LLC, where they currently serve. In 2012, Jay Winkler took on the role of Partner and Creative Director at Mesh Lacrosse, LLC, a position they currently hold.

Jay Winkler obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Communication Design from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. Jay attended the university from 1989 to 1993. In addition to their formal education, they also hold certifications in coaching. Jay obtained a US Lacrosse Men's Level 1 Coach certification from US Lacrosse in February 2012, and a PCA Double-Goal Coach certification from the Positive Coaching Alliance in December 2011.
