Paul Lao

Paul Lao is a Sales Specialist at Idea Nuova, Inc. since July 2021, with a diverse background in retail and sales roles. Prior experience includes positions at Walmart from January 2016 to July 2021, where Paul served as an Associate Omni Merchant, Product Brand Development and Sourcing Specialist, and Category Team Assistant. Prior to Walmart, Paul worked as a Testing Assignment Distributor at UL from June 2014 to December 2015 and held various positions at Aeropostale from October 2007 to December 2014, primarily in merchandise flow. Paul also contributed as a Health Educator at the University of Central Arkansas in early 2014 and assisted with special events at Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art in the summer of 2013. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Education from the University of Central Arkansas, obtained in 2014.
