Gabriela Lopez

Gabriela Lopez currently serves as an AP English Language and Literature Teacher at IDEA Public Schools, focusing on critical reading, rhetorical analysis, and persuasive writing to enhance students' literary skills. Previous roles include Teacher Manager, 5th Grade Team Lead, and 2nd Grade ELA Teacher at Kokua Education, as well as Guest Teacher, General Manager at Red Door Escape Room, and Bridal Consultant at White Lace Bridal Boutique. Gabriela also contributed as a Student Tutor at Ysleta Independent School District within a 21st Century after-school program aimed at improving student outcomes. Gabriela holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Diversity, Equity, and Social Justice from The University of Texas at El Paso, and a Bachelor's degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from the same institution.
