Jessica McWhorter, MHRM, RTSBA, serves as the Managing Director of State Reporting and Employee Information Systems at IDEA Public Schools since April 2022, previously holding the role of Director of Employee Information Systems. Jessica's career includes significant positions such as Director of Information Systems at Midlothian Independent School District and Business System Analyst at Grapevine-Colleyville ISD, where responsibilities encompassed supporting various business and human resource functions. Earlier roles involved extensive training and support in software systems, project management, and administrative functions across multiple educational institutions, demonstrating a strong background in human resources and information systems management. Jessica holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Tarleton State University, along with a Bachelor’s and an Associate’s degree in Business Administration.
