Abhigna Battina

Abhigna Battina is a Research and Development Software Engineer at ideaForge, focusing on drone autopilot software, including controls and estimation, as well as Gazebo simulations since February 2023. Prior experience includes a Robotics Internship at the Indian Institute of Science, where work involved control and training of a biped robot using policy-based Reinforcement Learning. Abhigna has served as an Academic Tutor at SpeEdLabs, teaching Mathematics, Physics, and Aptitude to students preparing for JEE and HSC exams. Leadership roles include Convener for the CSec Club at IIT Bombay, organizing cybersecurity events and competitions, and Hostel Technical Secretary for Hostel 3, enhancing technical culture and leading inter-hostel competitions. Abhigna also contributed to media and publicity efforts for the Mood Indigo tech fest and holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
