Emma Hayes

Emma Hayes is the Chief Financial Officer at Ideagen. Emma has over thirteen years of experience in corporate finance and accounting. Emma started their career at BDO UK LLP as an Audit Executive. Emma then moved to Deloitte UK where they spent ten years as a Corporate Finance Director. In January 2017, Emma joined Severn Trent as a Finance Business Partner for Capital Delivery & Commercial. Emma held this position for three years before joining Ideagen in July 2020.

Emma Hayes completed their first class degree in English Literature at The University of Sheffield. Emma then went on to complete their schooling at The Becket School.

Emma Hayes reports to Ben Dorks, CEO. They work with David Moore - Chief Product Officer, Louise Tommasi - Chief People Officer, and James King - Chief Revenue Officer.
