Luan Richardson

Luan Richardson has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 20 years. Luan started their career as an HR Operational Assistant at LloydsPharmacy in 2001 and then moved on to be an HR Manager at Makro Cash and Carry NL. In 2007, they worked as an HR Advisor at Faceo FM UK Ltd before transitioning to the role of Regional HR Business Partner at mini club. Luan then became an HR Business Partner for the UK and Netherlands at River Island, where they stayed for six years. Luan joined Selfridges in 2016 as a Senior HR Business Partner and later worked at lululemon as the Head of People - Europe. Currently, Luan is the Vice President of People Partnering at Ideagen. Additionally, they run their own consultancy, Luan Richardson HR Consultancy Ltd, offering HR services across different industries.

Luan Richardson obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Coventry University, completing the program from 2002 to 2005.
