Peter Hrnciar has diverse work experience in various roles within the customer experience and hospitality industries. Peter began their career at the Holiday Inn London Kensington Forum as a Front Office employee. Peter then worked at the Comsa Brno Palace as a Revenue and Front Office Manager. After that, they joined the Boscolo CARLO IV Prague as a Distribution & E-Commerce Manager. Peter then transitioned into the online travel industry, working at Agoda.com as a Market Manager for the London and Italy regions. Peter played a crucial role in revenue growth, negotiating hotel inventory rates, and implementing marketing strategies. Following this, Peter worked at ByHours.com as a Business Development Manager and at RateGain as a Senior Sales Manager. Later, they served as a Hospitality Account Manager at Tink Labs. Peter joined Fourth as a Senior Customer Success Manager and then moved to Ideagen, where they held roles as a Client Success Director and currently as the Head of Customer Experience - Collaboration. Throughout their career, Peter has demonstrated the ability to build strong relationships with clients, drive revenue growth, and effectively manage teams and projects.
Peter Hrnciar obtained a Bachelor's degree in Financial Management from the Faculty of Management at Comenius University in Bratislava, from 2003 to 2006.
