Raluca Oda

Raluca Oda is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in demand generation and strategic marketing leadership across multiple technology companies. Currently serving as the VP of Global Demand Programs at Ideagen since October 2022, Raluca is responsible for leading global demand generation to drive rapid growth and enhance the company's industry position. Previously, Raluca held roles such as Marketing Advisor at Kubeark and Director of Global Demand Generation Programs at UiPath, where significant contributions included scaling marketing campaigns and leading high-performing teams. Early career experiences at IBM and other agencies provided a strong foundation in integrated marketing and digital strategy. Raluca holds a Master's degree in Communication and Public Relations from SNSPA Bucharest and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Communication Sciences from FJSC Bucharest.
