Steven Cespedes

Steven Cespedes is an accomplished aviation safety, quality, and risk management professional with extensive experience in leading sales and strategy in the aviation sector. Currently serving as the Head of Sales - New Business and Head of Aviation at Ideagen since January 2015, Steven designs and implements global strategies to enhance safety management solutions across various aviation domains. Previously, Steven worked at Gael Ltd as a Strategic Account Manager and Professional Services Consultant, where a focus was placed on customer partnership and implementing electronic management systems. Early career roles included positions at The Coca-Cola Company, managing quality, safety, and environmental systems, and teaching at International House Madrid. Steven holds a Master's Degree in Aviation Safety from City St George’s, University of London, and is pursuing further studies at FlySchool Madrid.
