Tim Kelly

Tim Kelly has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as VP Product & Head of Compliance Content Services at Ideagen since November 2022. In this role, they are responsible for developing and delivering the global compliance content services vision and strategy.

Prior to Ideagen, Tim worked at CompliSpace from 2019 to 2022. Tim first served as the Head of Content Services, leading compliance content teams and risk consulting services nationally. Tim then transitioned to the role of Regional Manager.

Before joining CompliSpace, Tim was selected as a leader and participant in the Committee for Melbourne's Future Focus Group program, where they contributed to Melbourne's development while building their leadership capabilities from 2018 to 2019.

From 2013 to 2019, Tim held multiple roles at Swinburne University of Technology, including Head of Workplace Relations and Health, Safety & Wellbeing, Associate Director Consulting, Workplace Relations & Diversity, Associate Director Workplace Relations & Diversity, and Senior Workplace Relations Consultant (Secondment).

Prior to that, Tim worked as a Senior Associate at Maddocks from 2012 to 2014, a Lawyer at Minter Ellison from 2011 to 2012, and a Lawyer at DLA Piper from 2007 to 2011.

Tim Kelly has completed a Graduate Diploma of Education from Monash University, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Monash University, a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Monash University, and obtained a Victorian Certificate of Education from Trinity Grammar School, Kew.
