Nick Ridge is a seasoned professional in regulatory affairs and industrial hygiene, currently serving as the Regulatory Affairs Manager at Ideal Chemical & Supply Co. since February 2022, where responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance through reports, permits, employee training, and audits. As the Owner of Ridge ES since March 1998, Nick Ridge specializes in workplace exposure assessments and safety management, overseeing contractors and implementing OSHA-required programs during facility shutdowns. Nick Ridge holds a Master of Science in Environmental Sciences from The University of Memphis and a Bachelor of Science in Physical Sciences from Arkansas State University.
