Aalap Shah is an experienced Project Estimator at Ideal Contracting, having advanced from Junior Project Estimator to Project Estimator 2 since joining the company in May 2017. With a strong background in cost estimation, Aalap has managed teams and led budget development for complex projects in the automotive and manufacturing sectors, generating significant value and revenue. Prior experience includes roles at DMC Consultants and Runwal Group, where Aalap contributed to project bidding, cost reconciliation, and procurement strategies, showcasing expertise in construction management and engineering. Aalap holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M.
