Steven Gilligan

Steven Gilligan is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in education and project engineering. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Ideal Contracting, LLC since August 2023, Steven previously held various roles in special education, including Special Education Teacher at Lamphere High School and Special Education Science Teacher at Huron Valley Schools. Steven’s experience in education also includes teaching positions at Conner Creek Academy East and Chicago Public Schools. Steven holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Special Education and Teaching from Saint Xavier University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry from Eastern Illinois University.
