Alisha Johnson

Alisha Johnson has a strong background in the financial services industry. Alisha is currently serving as the Chief Growth Officer at Ideal Credit Union, a top-ranking credit union in Minnesota. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing marketing, sales, and operations. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Marketing and Sales Officer at Ideal Credit Union, where they led various business operations teams and was responsible for budgeting, sales goals, market research, and product development. Alisha has also held executive positions at other financial institutions, including Highland Bank and Signal Financial Corporation. Additionally, they have served on the Board of Directors for Highland Friendship Club and the Minnesota Bankers Association. Alisha's expertise and experience make their a highly accomplished leader in the industry.

Alisha Johnson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing Management from the College of St. Thomas in 1988. Alisha later pursued a Master of Business Administration in Marketing at the University of St. Thomas from 1992 to 1996. In addition, they received diplomas in General Banking, Consumer Credit, and Commercial Lending from the American Institute of Banking between 1989 and 1992. Alisha also attended the ABA School of Bank Marketing and Management from 1990 to 1991, where they graduated with honors.
