Prior to this role, Sanjeev held various positions at LAXAI Life Sciences from June 2022 to March 2024, including Head HR and General Manager for R&D and Plant. At Jubilant Biosys Limited, from July 2019 to May 2022, Sanjeev was the Senior Manager and Site HR Head, overseeing key HR operations such as performance management, recruitment, and employee engagement. Sanjeev's extensive experience in HR, which began in 2004, includes significant roles at Jubilant Chemsys and Frontline Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed statutory compliance, payroll management, and training initiatives. Sanjeev holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and an LL.B in Labour Laws from the University of Lucknow.
