Russell Greenwood is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in digital operations and technical support. Currently serving as the Digital Operations Manager at Ideal Heating since March 2020, Russell previously held the position of Senior Technical Analyst. Prior to that, Russell spent over 16 years at Goodwin Development Trust Ltd as ICT Manager, overseeing day-to-day IT systems operations and providing desktop support for over 250 users across multiple sites. Earlier experience includes a role as a Network Engineer at C>Ways Ltd, where Russell provided desktop and server support to clients throughout the UK and engaged with customers to deliver tailored solutions.
