Jillian Downs

Jillian Downs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client coaching and engineering. Since September 2011, Jillian has served as the Client Coaching Manager at Ideal Impact Inc, leading a team of 12 client coaches and overseeing processes for over 200 clients while fostering employee growth and development. Prior to this role, Jillian held the position of Client Coach at Electronic Transaction Consultants, where responsibilities included data analysis, technical documentation, and assisting in toll road system setups. Earlier experience includes a cashier position at Publix Super Markets and an engineering internship at Electronic Transaction Consultants. Jillian holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University and graduated from H.B. Plant High School.
