Doug Sanford

Doug Sanford is currently the SVP & General Manager of Electrical & Infrastructure at IDEAL Industries. Prior to this, they were the President and CEO of HA International, LLC from January 2015 to October 2016. Doug has also held the position of Vice President and General Manager - CWS & Jewell at International Equipment Solutions from December 2013 to December 2014, and Vice President and General Manager - Truck Commercial Vehicle Systems at Hendrickson from November 1998 to November 2013. Doug Sanford began their career in 1992 as an Account Representative at Cole Harford before moving to UGN, Inc. as a Senior Account Manager in 1998.

Doug Sanford has a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Bradley University. Doug also has certifications from LinkedIn in communicating about culturally sensitive issues, skills for inclusive conversations, confronting bias: thriving across our differences, creating a positive and healthy work environment, diversity and inclusion in a global enterprise, diversity, inclusion, and belonging, and inclusive leadership.
