Katie Mendenhall

Katie Mendenhall is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in HR management and labor relations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Ideal Option since March 2020, Katie provides HR support for one of the nation's largest providers of office-based opioid addiction treatment. Previously, as a Labor Relations Specialist at CH2M HILL Plateau Remediation Company from September 2018 to March 2020, Katie facilitated relationships between the Hanford Atomic Metal Trades Union and the company, overseeing onboarding and resolving labor-related issues. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Specialist at Lamb Weston from July 2017 to September 2018. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Human Resources from Eastern Washington University.
