Curtis McCloy IV has worked in a variety of roles since 1996. Curtis began their career as a Sales Consultant at Evergreen Home & Garden in 1996. In 2003, they moved to Centre Street Multi-Media Lounge as a Bartender. Curtis then worked at Bastone as a Bartender from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they changed roles to Sales Consultant at The Tile Shop. In 2010, they became Business & Marketing Manager at Wilson Concepts & Design, Inc. In 2011, they started working at Ideal Setech LLC, where they held roles such as Vice President of Operations, Executive Director of Operations, Regional Director, Program Manager, Site Manager, Technical Coordinator, and Buyer. As Site Manager, they were the key point of contact for Indirect Material Leader on operational issues, ensured customer relations were maintained, and managed a team of 14 employees. As Technical Coordinator, they worked the plant floor directly with maintenance and engineering regarding technical parts issues and crisis management. As Buyer, they were responsible for the procurement of all indirect material, executed procurement and outsourcing plans, and participated in a fundraiser for UNCF.
Curtis McCloy IV attended Macomb Community College from 1998 to 2000, Grand Valley State University from 2000 to 2001, and Wayne State University from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a BS in Business Administration with a focus in Marketing.
