Naomi Assame

Naomi Assame is a highly experienced healthcare professional with a diverse background in nursing and clinical governance. Currently serving as Deputy Director of Safety and Learning at NHS Resolution since December 2019, Naomi has held multiple leadership roles in safety and learning within the organization. In addition, Naomi has been an Advanced Nurse Practitioner at Local Care Direct since October 2011, where responsibilities have included Clinical Governance Lead. Academically, Naomi holds an MSc in Advanced Nursing Practice from the University of Leeds and a degree in Human Movement Science and Physical Education from the University of Liverpool. Previous clinical experience includes positions at Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, where Naomi contributed significantly in advanced nursing roles.
