Doug Gosnell has over 26 years of work experience in the transportation industry. Doug started their career at Ryder System, Inc. in 1995, where they worked as a Business Development Manager and Customer Development Manager for 10 years. In 2005, they joined Idealease and held various positions including National Account Sales Representative, Director of National Account Sales, Director of Engineering & Strategy, and Vice President of National Account Sales. Currently, they are serving as the Senior Vice President of National Account Sales at Idealease.

Doug Gosnell received their Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from The Ohio State University in 1989. Doug also obtained the Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) certification from the National Private Truck Council in 2009.
