Andre Bake

Andre Bake is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital transformation, supply chain, and human capital management. As the Founder and CEO of Idealis Consulting since 2007, Andre leads the development of integrated IT solutions, including CRM, ERP, and supply chain management. With a strong background in project leadership, including a role at GSK overseeing SAP implementations, and as an Associate Managing Director at BrioLab, Andre specializes in HR and talent management solutions. Additional roles include board membership at Media Expo and prior consultancy positions at Sodexo, QAD, and Solvay. Andre holds a degree in Digital Business Transformation from Vlerick Business School, along with various educational qualifications in business and engineering.
