Christina Jurrissen

Christina Jurrissen has over 17 years of work experience in the fields of Salesforce, data warehouse/business intelligence, and project management. Christina is currently employed as a Salesforce Support Specialist at Idealist Consulting. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent Contractor from 2019 to 2021, partnering with nonprofits to streamline and simplify processes by leveraging Salesforce, its Nonprofit Success Pack, and Volunteers for Salesforce. From 2016 to 2019, they worked at Heal the Bay as an Applications Systems Analyst and Event Coordinator, where they designed and implemented process and system improvements throughout the organization using Salesforce functionality. Christina also coordinated Los Angeles County volunteers, sites, and resources for the annual International Coastal Cleanup Day. From 2009 to 2016, they worked at W.A. Hynes & Co. as a Business Data Architect and at Covansys from 2005 to 2009 as a Senior Consultant. Christina also worked at Oracle from 2003 to 2005 as a Data Warehouse Product Designer, managing development teams as project lead for three of the five main functional areas.

Christina Jurrissen received their Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University. In 2019, they began taking courses at Trailhead by Salesforce. Christina also holds three certifications from Salesforce: Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Salesforce Certified Nonprofit Cloud Consultant, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
