Catia Batista

Catia Batista is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in user experience and product design, currently serving as Head of UX&Product at idealista since August 2006. In this role, Catia promotes a user-centric approach and effectively negotiates project priorities based on user value, company benefits, and development effort. Previously, Catia was an Interaction Designer involved in the foundational development of a real estate application and served as a Usability Consultant at Novabase, where responsibilities included defining user needs across various sectors such as e-commerce and public administration. Additional experience includes conducting research at the Faculty of Human Kinetics in Lisbon and a strong educational background in Ergonomics. Further professional development includes training in Time Management, Communication Skills, and Service Design.
