Lucy Travaglia is an experienced research professional currently serving as the Head of Research at Ideally since July 2023. Previously, Lucy held positions as a Data and Insights Analyst at Melodics Ltd from August 2021 to July 2023, and as a Senior Consultant at TRA from November 2020 to July 2021. Other notable roles include Team Lead at trommsdorff + drüner from September 2017 to September 2020, Audience Research Manager at SoundCloud, and various freelance consultancy positions linked with TRA and IFF Research. Lucy’s early career involved roles as a Senior Research Executive and Research Executive at TNS UK, as well as a Research Analyst at the Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongarewa. Lucy holds a Master of Arts in Social Psychology from the University of Auckland, demonstrating strong project management skills in overseeing complex multi-stage projects and fostering collaboration among teams and clients.
