Mykhailo Siusko

Mykhailo Siusko is currently working as a Performance Analytics Specialist at iDeals. In their role, Mykhailo evaluates the quality of communication and compliance with guidelines of sales agents, customer success managers, and business development managers. Mykhailo provides coaching and support to the sales team, prepares reports, and identifies areas for improvement in team performance. Mykhailo also defines training needs and new sales trends to increase productivity and sales results. Prior to their current role, Mykhailo has held positions in sales and sales development at various companies. Mykhailo holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from Uzhhorod National University.
