Tania Pershyna

Tania Pershyna is an experienced talent acquisition professional with a robust background in recruitment and team management across various sectors. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Lead at iDeals Solutions Group since March 2020, Tania oversees a global team responsible for hiring go-to-market professionals. Tania's previous roles include Recruitment Officer at OSCE, where oversight of recruitment processes and equal opportunity initiatives was fundamental, and Senior Recruiter. Earlier experience includes roles at Hudson and Uvocorp, where Tania focused on mid to top-level candidate searches and customer support, respectively.
