James Griffin

James Griffin is an experienced Product Director currently guiding teams at frog and Idean since February 2020, focusing on product development and market launch strategies. As Co-Founder of Awen Digital Ltd from June 2018 to 2020, James provided consultancy services in digital product leadership and design, with notable clients including Sky and the NHS. Previous roles include Design and Product Lead at ustwo, where James contributed to successful projects for Alder Hey Children's Hospital and Barclays, among others. James has extensive experience in user experience design and product strategy, having served as Head of Mobile User Experience at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence and directed UX strategy for LG Electronics. With a background in freelance consultancy for various significant organizations, James holds a 1st Class BEng (Honours) in Multimedia Communication Systems from Bournemouth University.
