Maxim Price has an extensive work experience spanning from 2006 to 2020. In 2006, they were a Summer Intern at Jewelers Vigilance Committee. From 2008 to 2011, they were an Associate at Jones Day and from 2011 to 2012 they were an Associate at Quinn Emanuel. In 2012, they co-founded and became the CEO of ideaphore LLC, where they built the world's first CrowdRaising platform. In 2015, they co-founded Unifi Biotechnologies. From 2017 to 2018, they were the President of the Fordham Law Entrepreneur Alumni Affinity Group and a Research Fellow at WIPO through Fordham University School of Law. In 2017, they co-founded CrowdRaising.co, a platform like CrowdFunding but with pledges of time and talent, instead of money, in exchange for rewards. Finally, in 2018, they became a Partner at Pierce Bainbridge, representing plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes complex commercial litigation in the United States and internationally. In 2020, they became a Partner at Hecht Partners LLP.
Maxim Price attended Brooklyn Technical High School from 1995 to 2001, then attended Fordham University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a B.S. in Computer Science and Economics. Maxim then attended Fordham University School of Law from 2005 to 2008 and earned a J.D.
