Rick Pannell

Rick Pannell has a long and varied work experience. Rick began their career in 1988 as an Employee for the Boy Scouts of America. In 1993, they worked as a Resident Assistant at Texas Tech University. From 1996 to 1997, they worked at Alaska Pacific University in two roles: Director of Residence Life and Hall Director. In 1997, they worked as a Software Trainer and PC Technician at Microware. Rick then joined Resource Data, Inc. in 1998, where they held five roles: Senior Analyst/Project Manager, Branch Manager, Senior Programmer/Analyst, and Database Programmer. Most recently, in 2022, they joined IdeaRoom as VP of Engineering and Senior Director Of Engineering.

Rick Pannell attended Texas Tech University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a BS in Zoology, with a focus on Zoology, Ichthyology, and Organic Chemistry. Rick also earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Zoology/Animal Biology.
