Terrance Paternoster, MBA, CPA, CISM has over 20 years of experience in the field of finance and information technology. From 2000 to 2002, they served as President at Accel, LLC. From 2002 to 2011, they were the Chief Information Officer at City of Meridian. From 2011 to 2013, they were an Information Technology Business Analyst at Trinity Health. From 2013 to 2016, they were the Director of Accounting and Information Technology at Hawley Troxell. From 2016 to 2018, they were the Chief Technology Officer at Synoptek. From 2018 to 2021, they were the Chief Security Officer and Director of Business Operations - Controller at Northwest Nazarene University. Currently, they are the Head of Finance and VP of Finance - CFO at IdeaRoom. In these roles, they have provided operational guidance, ensured effective compliance, accounting, and treasury policies, communicated critical financial information to management, stakeholders and investors, advanced strategic conversations, developed a Cybersecurity department, led a team of Cyber Security professionals, and managed the Accounting, Finance and Technology departments.

Terrance Paternoster has an extensive educational background. Terrance is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Northwest Nazarene University, with a focus in Business Administration, Management and Leadership. Terrance previously obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Boise State University in 2000, with a focus in CIS. Terrance also obtained a BBA from Boise State University in 1995, with a focus in Accounting. In addition, they hold a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification from ISACA, obtained in 2022, a Certified Public Accountant certification from the Idaho State Board of Accountancy, and an IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from the Office of Government Commerce.
