Jessica Cultrera

Jessica takes a people-focused and empathic approach to business operations, likely stemming from her degree in Psychology. Jessica came to IOP with a diverse professional background in client-facing & back office finance, HR, and operations. She loves getting into the details, organizing, and streamlining processes. She also really enjoys making lists on Post-its.

Although originally from Connecticut, Jessica considers NYC to be her home. She enjoys painting, gardening, and antique shopping. She spent a pandemic year living near the beach in Miami and working on her passion project: designing and painting terracotta plant pots. She also likes going outside to hike, rollerblade and paddleboard. Jessica is an avid traveler, animal lover and live music enthusiast.
