Anna Helms is the current Director of Project Operations at Ideas United. Prior to this, they served as the Assistant Director of Events at Savannah College of Art and Design from January 2016 to June 2021. In this role, they were responsible for project managing on-ground and virtual events, maintaining brand consistency, and advising on photo/video production of live and pre-recorded programs. From August 2013 to December 2015, Anna was a Design Assistant and Event Designer at Beachview Event Rentals and Design. In this role, they were responsible for designing and executing event rentals and décor for weddings and other special events. Prior to that, they were Co-Owner + Head of Design at Bestiehaven Design Studios from June 2013 to August 2013. In this role, Anna was responsible for overseeing the design process for a variety of clients, from small businesses to non-profit organizations.
Anna Helms attended The University of Alabama and earned a Bachelor of Human Environmental Sciences with a focus in Apparel Design and Textiles.
Anna Helms reports to David Roemer, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Yahaira Hernandez - Head of People, Abe Mohammadione - VP, Production, and Michael Seminer - VP, Partnerships.
