Atilla Cidam is a Senior Associate at ideas42, specializing in developing innovative partnerships with city and state governments since July 2016. Prior to this role, Atilla served as the Director of Guardianship and Power of Attorney Programs at Lodge Life Services from August 2009 to May 2011, where responsibilities included supervising a team to make life decisions for vulnerable clients, leading investigations in cases of abuse or exploitation, and achieving 100% growth in the program. Atilla holds a PhD from the University of Connecticut, completed in 2016, an M.A. in Social Psychology from the same institution (2011-2013), and a B.A. in Psychology and Philosophy from Franklin & Marshall College (2003-2007).
