Nicholas O'Donnell is an Associate Behavioral Designer at ideas42 since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Assistant and Student Assistant at the Center for Decision Research at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business from October 2018 to January 2022, and a Student Visit Coordinator at the University of Chicago from January 2018 to June 2021. Nicholas also contributed as a Tutor and Student Fellow for the Neighborhood Schools Program from January to May 2019, and served as an Electoral Systems and Reform Research Intern at FairVote California from June to September 2018. Nicholas holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Public Policy Studies from the University of Chicago, completed in 2021, following a diploma from Loyola High School Los Angeles in 2017.
