Sara Hodgson

Sara Hodgson, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Director of Employee Experience at Ideastream Public Media, a key multimedia source in Northeast Ohio, since June 2020. Prior to this role, Sara held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at the Mandel Jewish Community Center, overseeing the development and implementation of various HR policies from November 2014 to June 2020. Sara's extensive experience also includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at The Cleveland Museum of Art from 1998 to November 2014, and as a Human Resources Assistant at Corrpro Companies, Inc. from 1997 to 1998. Sara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management from Ohio University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
