Juliana Welling is a communications professional with extensive experience in enhancing employee engagement and corporate communications. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Employee Communications & Experience at WillScot since January 2024, Juliana previously held the position of Director of Corporate Communications at Sprouts Farmers Market from September 2019 to January 2024, where notable accomplishments included increasing employee communications reach significantly and growing video viewership dramatically. Prior to that, Juliana worked at Massage Envy as the Director of Communications, launching a dynamic online community and fostering multi-tiered participation.
