Christian King Saavedra

Christian King Saavedra has a diverse work experience in various creative roles. Christian King started their career as a Senior Staff Writer for The Catalyst in 2014 and worked until 2016. In 2015, they became the National Secretariat for the College Editor's Guild of the Philippines, a position they held for three years until 2018. During this time, they also worked as a Photojournalist for the Philippine Collegian in 2017. Christian then joined TEAM Mag as a Creative Intern from March 2018 to July 2018. In 2018, they also worked as a Social Media Manager for Worshipthegays. Christian King continued their career as a Set Decorator for Dead Kids in November 2019. In 2021, Christian worked as a Multimedia Artist for QBA INC. until August 2022. From June 2022, they worked as a Social Media Community Manager for Metro Manila Pride. Currently, Christian holds the position of Art Director at IdeasXMachina Group of Hakuhodo, starting from February 2023.

Christian King Saavedra pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Film from the University of the Philippines, covering the years from 2016 to 2022. Alongside their degree, they obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. In August 2022, they obtained certifications in Microsoft Digital Literacy and Participating in Workplace Communication from TESDA: Technical Education and Skills Development Authority. Christian King also received a Digital Marketing Specialist certification from CIIT College of Arts and Technology Inc. in May 2022. Additionally, they completed certifications in Social Media Management from Startup Academy in March 2022, Advanced Google Analytics and Google Analytics For Beginners from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in August 2022, and SEO from HubSpot Academy in August 2022. Lastly, they obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification certification from Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in August 2022.
