Jade "Jedd" Ilagan

Jade "Jedd" Ilagan has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2010, they worked as a Sales and Service Representative at Convergys, where they handled calls from clients and ensured customer satisfaction. In 2011, they transitioned to becoming an Instructor at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Muntinlupa, where they developed lesson plans and managed college students in the biological sciences.

In 2013, Jedd joined IdeasXMachina Group of Hakuhodo as an Account Executive, where they handled day-to-day account management and co-founded the Malaking Munti and Edunasyon Foundation. Jade "Jedd" was recognized as IXM's Rookie of the Year. Jade "Jedd" then progressed to the role of Senior Account Executive, managing a team and conducting sales and marketing research.

From 2015 to 2017, Jedd worked as a Strategy Manager at IXM, where they developed brand concepts and messaging, conducted market research, and handled account management for various brands. Jade "Jedd" then briefly served as the Strategy and Business Unit Manager, fostering client relationships and executing client work with excellence.

From 2018 to 2022, Jedd held the position of Director for Research and Strategy, utilizing their expertise in managing corporate and brand marketing communications. Jade "Jedd" conceptualized and executed marketing campaigns that built and reinforced brand images.

Currently, Jedd is the Chief Executive Officer of IdeasXMachina Group of Hakuhodo, where they oversee the company's overall operations, drives profitability, and builds a culture that contributes to stakeholders and society. Jade "Jedd" delegates and drives agendas to ensure synergy and crisis resiliency.

Jade "Jedd" Ilagan attended PAREF Southridge School from 2003 to 2006, where they obtained their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. Jade "Jedd" then pursued higher education at the University of Santo Tomas from 2006 to 2010, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. After a brief gap, Jedd continued their academic journey at De La Salle University-Dasmariñas from 2012 to 2015, where they completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Human Biology.
