Nicholas McGee

Nicholas McGee is an experienced IT consultant and wireless network engineer with a strong background in network optimization and troubleshooting for small businesses and WISPs. Currently serving as an Independent Network and Systems Consultant since February 2017, Nicholas specializes in network protocols and Linux system administration. In the role of Lead Wireless Network Engineer at IdeaTek, initiated the development of the WISP division, advocating for scalable network infrastructures. Previously, as Lead airFiber Support Engineer at Ubiquiti Networks, provided advanced technical support and developed documentation for outdoor wireless equipment. Earlier experience includes serving as Network Administrator for Ken Tenn Wireless LLC, where Nicholas effectively managed a network catering to over 2000 subscribers with a focus on Linux-based systems.
