Rutger Springer

Rutger Springer is an experienced marketing professional and co-owner of Ideavelop B.V. since April 2016, a company that connects international sustainable brands with retail and e-commerce partners in Europe. In this role, Rutger oversees marketing strategies, 360° campaigns, and communication with media and influencers, emphasizing brand consistency and digital initiatives. Prior to Ideavelop, Rutger worked as a content marketer at Bever, a retailer specializing in outdoor products, and held various marketing and sales positions at Kampeer & Outdoor Reiling, where customer service and product expertise were paramount. Additional experience includes roles in journalism at AD NieuwsMedia and event programming at Theater de Voorveghter. Rutger holds a Bachelor of Journalism from Windesheim and a HAVO diploma from Vechtdal College.
