T Ashraf is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in drug safety and pharmacovigilance. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of the Pacific - Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy since November 2021 and as Vice President of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance at IDEAYA Biosciences since February 2024, T Ashraf has previously held the position of Vice President at Astex Pharmaceuticals, where expertise in oncology and hematology contributed to the approval of INQOVI. T Ashraf's background includes serving as Global Head of Clinical Regulatory Strategies at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, as well as a Senior Medical Director at Medtronic, focusing on multiple therapeutic areas. With a Master's degree in Health Planning, Epidemiology and Administration from the University of Cincinnati and an MD from the University of Health Sciences, T Ashraf possesses a solid educational foundation to support a successful career in the pharmaceutical industry.
