Infrastructure Development Corporation (Karnataka) Limited (iDeCK), was incorporated on June 30, 2000, as a joint venture between the Government of Karnataka (GoK), Infrastructure Development Finance Company Limited (IDFC), and Housing Development Finance Corporation Limited (HDFC).

The creation of iDeCK stands as testimony to the promoters’ commitment to provide a strong, credible and proactive institutional mechanism for leveraging private sector initiatives in infrastructure development.
